You are responsible for any sales tax applicable in your jurisdiction. However, you can choose to list items on Outdoorly as final price (including sales tax, like prices are listed in other countries), or you can collect sales tax on top of the sales price.
If you wish to collect sales tax on Outdoorly, you will need to work with our third-party partner, TaxCloud. Read the Collecting Taxes help article for information.

You can set a default return and exchange policy here. You can also choose to allow customers to request returns/exchanges beyond the guaranteed return/exchange window.
Individual items can have return/exchange policies that override these default. To change an individual product’s settings, edit the product from the All Products page of the Products section of the Merchant Dashboard.
Should you choose to allow returns/exchanges, customer requests will appear in the Orders Panel of the Merchant Dashboard. We will have more information available about the return process shortly. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions.
