Shopify Integration

One of the easiest ways to set up your Outdoorly store is by using our Shopify integration. The integration allows you to automatically pull products from and push orders to your Shopify store. This help article will explain how to connect your Shopify account to Outdoorly and how to import products. You can read more about how orders on Outdoorly can be sent back to Shopify here.

To access the Shopify integration feature, go the Import page in the Products Panel. You will see Shopify listed on the left hand navigation menu. Start the integration by typing in your myshopify URL and clicking Connect.

Once the accounts are linked, you will choose which information will be pulled from your Shopify page including product titles, descriptions, photos, prices, etc. This will only apply to products you choose to import.

Automatic Import: If you wish to have your products on Outdoorly automatically updated when your products are added to Shopify, check Automatic import newly created Shopify Items. We don’t usually recommend this.

  • Shipping Settings: This allows you to choose a product to copy shipping settings from. These settings will be applied to any products automatically imported from Shopify.
  • Default Category: You can also select a default category that will apply to any products automatically imported from Shopify.

Next, select which products you want to import from Shopify.

Once you have selected products, you will need to determine shipping costs. Please refer to this help article for more information.

When you are done, you can start the import. This process may take some time, especially for a large number of products. You will receive an email once the import has been complete.

After your products are imported, you will need to sort them into Outdoorly categories. You can read more about how to do so here.
