Importing Products

One of the quickest ways to add products to your store is by uploading a CSV file. To do this, go to the Import section of the Products Panel of the Merchant Dashboard.

On the import tools page you have access to up-to-date import documentation which describes the required format for importing products. Click View Import Documentation to see it. You can also download the Sample CSV which contains an example product with populated fields. The category field is especially important. Read this help article for more information about categorizing products.

After you have uploaded the matching the format of your preexisting product to the provided file, you will receive an email notification informing you of the successful import. If you have uploaded product and you later want to update via CSV, you can do so using the CSV Update feature.
