
When an Outdoorly customer purchases your products, an open order is created in the Orders Panel of the Merchant Dashboard. The number of currently open orders is always visible on the Dashboard Homepage. You can choose to be notified of new open orders by email in the Settings Panel.
You can view an open order to access product and shipping details. You can use our system to print packing and shipping labels, or you can do so yourself. If you use your own shipping labels, you will need to mark the order as fulfilled by adding a tracking number. This can all be done using the Orders Panel.

The Order Management page lists all of your open orders. You can also select multiple orders to manage them in bulk, or you can click on an order number to see that order’s individual Order Page.

The Order Page shows all relevant information about an order. It lists the products in the order, the shipping information, and the order’s history on Outdoorly.com.
To fulfill an order, you may either print a shipping label using our system (we currently support USPS and FedEx), or use your own shipping method and attach a tracking number to the order. Both choices will automatically mark the order shipped and alert the customer that their order is on the way.
These actions can be accessed via the top right of the Order Page by clicking the buttons Print Shipping Label or Add Tracking.

From the Order Page you can also:
This will add a note to the order visible only to your brand. You can use this for internal record-keeping.
Here you can print a receipt that can be placed in the box with the ordered products.
In the event of an error, you can manually change the shipping address of an order.
Here you can view other orders this customer has placed for your products.
You can mark orders as Gifts or as Processing for your own internal record-keeping. This has no direct effect on the customer’s order.
In the event of an error, you can cancel the order completely. Please contact your Account Manager before doing so and provide the order number and the reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been fulfilled, you can expect payment to be available 7 business days after the order has been marked as shipped.
Outdoorly may automatically flag orders for manual review if fraud is suspected. In this case, the order will be given the status Flagged for Purchase Verification. Please wait to fulfill orders until this verification process is complete. This should take less than 5 business days.
